Intended audience
Accounting-practice leaders, operations staff and practitioners investigating workflow coordination, document authority, task ownership and review bottlenecks.
A downloadable practice assistant designed around one simple chat window. Prepare time-consuming client administration with clear scope, useful drafts and human review.
Accounting-practice leaders, operations staff and practitioners investigating workflow coordination, document authority, task ownership and review bottlenecks.
Practitioners retain professional judgement, advice, interpretation, client communication, approval and lodgment authority. Missing or conflicting coverage should produce a hold for review.
Practice services, systems, permissions, regulatory scope, data sensitivity, provider restrictions, hosting, retention, integrations and security controls must be agreed per project.
A local synthetic address-change workflow is being evaluated. Practitioner rules, installation acceptance, hosted account integration and live system connections remain pending. The demonstration does not update external systems or establish accounting accuracy.
Use the DJB Optimise customer portal for subscriptions, individual staff access, installation licences, software downloads and support.
View the portal designDownload the approved software for your operating system, sign in with your individual account and activate the practice installation. Production installers and hosted activation are not available on this website yet.
Launch the separate local workspace for conversations, supported attachments, draft preparation, approvals and history. Daily client work belongs in the app; it is not performed in this website portal.
Practice records stay in configured practice storage. The account service manages subscription and licence metadata. Connected email or accounting services require separate authorisation. Offline work follows the applicable licence policy; it is not an unlimited offline entitlement.
Current boundary: the portal below is a design preview, not a connected subscription service. The local demo uses a separate test authority. A dedicated desktop window is the intended experience; the current candidate uses local web pages.
